Sue R. Foote at RENT411 helped my family find a place that allowed us to be back together as a family. With changing times in lives we all have to make tough decisions. I am glad to say that finding Sue and RENT411 made it possible for us to find a home that allowed my children and me to join my husband in Minnesota and to keep our 4 dogs. Two are small dachsunds, one is a terrier mix, and one is a pitbull. To us traveling 1800 miles from our families was hard enough but as we contacted rental agencies they told us we could only have 2 dogs and there was no way we could keep our pitbull. We as many pet lovers think of our dogs as a part of our family and it would be devastating to our family to have to give any of them up in order to find a place to live. I think the most discouraging part was that as we spent time looking for a place to live was that we began to wonder if moving to Minnesota was the right thing to do, but when Sue replied to my email I got a hope that we would be able to be together again with our dogs. Sue sent several emails to me and even when I was having problems with one email box she didn't hesitate to send me emails at the other email address. She gave me hope from the beginning that I would be able to find a home for my entire family and it didn't seem to bother her that we had so many dogs. She kept at it and in a couple of hours had a phone number for us to call and places for my husband to go look at. Sue and RRENT411 gave us hope that we were in desperate need of and let us know that we were making the right decision to move to Minnesota. We would not have been able to do it without her or RENT411, thanks to them we have a place for my children and I to go to as we make the long journey to reunite our family. I did not and do not consider Sue to be a rental agent but a friend that I haven't got to meet in person yet. There are no words to thank them enough and it really renews one's faith in people and rental agencies. Thank you Sue and RENT411! The Ward Family--the four legged ones included :-)

Hi Sue OKAY, ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! I am so HAPPY!!!!!!!!! You have no idea what a relief this is. It ended up being a little more than what I wanted to spend, it's $869-but the location is unbelievable and the place is awesome!!! It will be well worth the extra $70 a month! Oh my GOD I am soooooo excited I'm shaking---I can't even begin to tell you!!!!! I just listened to my voice mail and Linda called and said it was ours! Who is your boss and where can I write? Working with Sue Foote from Rent411.com was the most fabulous experience I'd had when I was trying to find a place to live. It only took a few minutes of my time to tell her a couple of things that I wanted as far as amenities go and the area I would prefer. She found a ton of places for me to check out and look at.
